Service Call Billing Information

• Minimum Charge: Service calls are billed for a minimum of one hour. Additional time is billed in half-hour increments.

• Travel Time: Travel time is included within the billable service session. If a product needs further inspection at our production facility, transportation to and from the customer’s home will also be billed as service hours.

• Manufacturer's Warranties: Most appliances sold at Kerrisdale Lumber come with a manufacturer’s warranty that may cover the cost of service. Please review your warranty documents before scheduling a service appointment to determine if the service may be covered at no charge.
