Thick, sturdy, and sized for serious cutting and chopping, the 23″ × 14.5″ size board offers over 300 square inches of cutting surface, and the 29″ × 17.5″ size offers over 500 square inches. This board may be too large to fit in your dishwater, but don’t fret; the material cleans up easily and won’t harbor bacteria. This board can be stored upright in your cupboard, but you might prefer to keep this beauty on the counter. The Chef Series board is made using 1/2 inch material.
